Design & Tooling

Material Selection & Preparation
We assist in selecting the ideal thermoplastic resin from our extensive library of over 500 materials, considering properties like strength, flexibility, temperature resistance, and cost. Materials are carefully prepared and dried to ensure optimal molding conditions.
Injection & Cooling
Molten plastic is injected under high pressure into the mold cavity. After injection, the plastic cools and solidifies within the mold, taking on the precise shape of the part. Our machines ensure consistent temperature and pressure control.
Ejection & Finishing
Once cooled, the mold opens, and the finished part is ejected. We then perform any necessary post-molding operations, including trimming, assembly, decorating, and packaging, to deliver ready-to-use components.
